Initiate a Return: Contact us at work.unbd@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Approval & Pickup: If eligible, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return center.

Quality Check: Once received, the item will be inspected for eligibility.

Exchange/Refund Processed: If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
RETURN PROCESS

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns and are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If paid via COD, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
